FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE June 4, 2019
Safe-trade zone opening for firearms
Las Vegas, Nev.
Michael Mack is expanding his business, Max Pawn, to welcome firearm trading by providing
free background checks for private sales as well as accessibility to safe storage of such products.
Located at 6040 W Sahara Ave., licensed gun owners and fellow members of the Las Vegas
community can visit the safe-trading zone that is Max Pawn.
Nevada’s Legislature recently passed a bill calling for more rigid regulation of guns which is
going into effect on Jan. 2, 2020. This new bill will require licensed owners to perform
background checks on their potential buyers during private sales and transfers.
As a Nevada native; Max Pawn owner, Michael Mack hopes to help create a safer community
within the Las Vegas area by making it easier to safely and legally participate within the firearm
community. As gun control laws expect to tighten, licensed owners looking to sell and store
their stuff can expect to be received with open arms at Max Pawn.
At Max Pawn, all background checks regarding private gun sales and transfers will be
performed free of charge.
